Results are based on responses from customers who recently completed a purchase and were asked how likely they would be to recommend the business to others. Performers in the top quartile achieved a score greater than 97. Image360 earned a top score of 100, the highest overall customer loyalty and satisfaction rating within their industry segment for the quarter.

LoyaltyLoop awards are based on a compilation of feedback and buyer reviews, with an overall winner chosen based on the overall Net Promoter Score for the quarter. To qualify for the award, participating companies must have customer satisfaction results for each of the three months of the quarter, with no fewer than 15 survey respondents in each month.
